Appointments can be booked through our website, by telephone, email, or other approved booking methods.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. We kindly request that clients arrive on time for all appointments.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment at the practitioner's discretion.
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to amend treatment prices at any time without prior notice.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") may result in the full treatment fee being charged and future bookings being declined.
Individual results vary from person to person. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, no guarantees or warranties can be given regarding the effectiveness, longevity, or specific results of any treatment.
Clients acknowledge that aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks and that outcomes may differ from expectations.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by their practitioner.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect treatment outcomes and could increase the risk of complications. Aesthetics loft shall not be responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers must be used before their expiry date and are subject to availability.
